Project owner : Private

Mission : Full mission

Surface area: 900 m² SP

Progress : Delivery in 2021

Program

The project is located at the back of the courtyard behind a residential building dating from the second half of the 19th century.

The restructuring concerns a former office building from the 1990s, consisting of a three-storey main building + mezzanine on the ground floor, and a return wing on the ground floor.

The project includes :

  • The conservation and rehabilitation of the office building
  • The extension of the main building (R+3+attic) to the northern limit, and the extension of its roof to the southern limit, giving it a coherent volume
  • The addition of an R+2 wing in the southern parenthesis which will house, on the ground floor, the hall of the office building and a waste room. This wing will act as a link between the residential building and the office building. It is planned in the continuity of the volume of the existing R+2 extension
  • The creation of a patio to illuminate the basement. This patio will be planted
  • The development of the courtyard
