The study presented proposes the construction of collective housing by raising an existing office building located at 15 rue du bicentenaire in Puteaux. The land is located in the city centre area, close to the town hall and transport links. This rather dense area is mainly occupied by housing. The buildings are heterogeneous in terms of age and volume: tenement buildings, townhouses and small apartment buildings stand side by side. They are most often built in continuous order in line with the roads. This is the case along the rue du Bicentenaire.
